Your wedding is important to us. We are here for you.
First and foremost we are trying to maintain normality during this difficult time and continue to operate on our normal business hours.
We are cleaning and disinfecting daily. Fitting rooms are being cleaned between appointments, robes and slips have been washed & cleaned.
In an effort to continue operating as normal, in addition to maintaining the health and safety of our customers & employees; we are asking our customers to follow the guidelines listed below. As of 3/18/2019 we are implementing the following:
Guest counts will be limited to 2 for all wedding gown appointments (not including the bride).
Guests counts will be limited to 2 for all brides picking up their special ordered dress.
If you do not adhere to the limited guest count upon arrival, we will be forced to reschedule your appointment.
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, have traveled recently outside of the United States; or suspect you have been in contact with someone who has been infected, please reschedule your appointment.
All of our designers are now up and running, and delivering without issue.
Shipments have been arriving on a regular basis, and gowns that are currently on order at this time are not scheduled to experience delays.
Should your special ordered item experience any delays we will reach out to you individually.
