It is understood that all sales are final and there are NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or RETURNS. This applies to all purchases, NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that the dress is no longer wanted by the customer prior to order being placed, there will be a $60.00 cancellation fee per dress and a store credit will be issued for the remaining balance paid to our store. Once the order is placed, no cancellations, refunds, credits, or exchanges are possible. There are no monetary refunds for any reason. Manufacturers cut to their sizes only; they do not cut to your exact body measurements. If your bust, waist, or hip measurements do not line up to one size, the manufacturer recommends sizing to your largest body measurement. The size to be ordered is strictly your choice. Extra length is advised if you are 5’8 or taller. If available, there is a manufacturer charge for extra length. Marry & Tux Bridal will not be liable for weight gain, weight loss, or pregnancy. Fit for Pregnancy: We take no responsibility for size ordered. Size ordered is strictly your choice. These are not ready-to-wear garments, alterations will be required. Orders require a 60% down payment. Bridesmaids parties are ordered as a group, not individually. The bride or the maid of honor is responsible for all follow-up with bridesmaids to insure all measurements and deposits are received in a timely manner to avoid rush fees. A minimum of 3-5 months is required for standard bridesmaids orders. All shipping dates we receive are approximate. Marry & Tux Bridal will not be held liable for shipping delays by the manufacturer, US Custom delays, or delays caused by natural disasters. There is a $50.00 manufacturer rush cut fee per dress. Upgraded / expedited shipping is available at the customers expense. Bride will be notified by mail when orders arrive, and it is her responsibility to notify each bridesmaid that they need to pay and pickup within 30 days of notification. Gowns are only insured for 30 days once they arrive. I understand that merchandise left beyond the wedding date listed on this form becomes property of Marry & Tux Bridal and they reserve the right to sell or donate the dress. Only cash or debit accepted on final balances. Personal checks are not accepted at time of pickup. All merchandise is inspected upon arrival to Marry & Tux Bridal. Once garment has been picked up Marry & Tux Bridal is not responsible for it and does not accept returns. A storage fee of $25.00/month will be added to all unpaid balances after 30 days. Swatches not cut from customers actual garment are not guaranteed. Since companies do not manufacture their fabrics and all rely on fabric suppliers, dyelots will not be guaranteed. Slight variations in the weave are characteristics of many fine fabrics and do not constitute as a flaw or a defect. By selecting the “I agree” button, you are signing this agreement electronically. You agree your electronic signature is the legal equivalent of your manual signature on this agreement.
