If you follow our instagram then you probably noticed that we were in Chicago last week!  We zipped out of Manchester last Saturday after a busy busy day at the store, and landed in Chicago to prep ourselves for the next two days ahead.  Sunday morning we were up bright and early to visit Maggie Sottero and watch their runway show that began at 9:30AM.  Let me tell you girls, there were SO MANY dresses that we loved from their new collection, it was hard to keep our spending to a minimum in there!  You are going to love all the new styles.  There are so many soft looks, romantic styling, boho chic, I could go on and on.  We also watched Mori Lee runway shows, David Tutera, Sophia Tolli, we popped in to Stella York & Essense of Australlia .. we literally saw everyone in 48 hours.  We even picked up a new company that shall-not-be-named as of yet, (we're keeping it a secret for now) but the dresses we bought were ahhh maaaa zzziiingggg.  Seriously, unlike any dresses you've ever seen before.  I'll be sure to post photos once they arrive to the store.  But needless to say after 48 hours in Chicago we got a serious amount of wedding dresses coming in, so if you haven't found your perfect wedding dress yet, have no fear; it's probably on its way here!  Below are some sneak peeks! You may have noticed on our homepage that we're hosting an event this week!  We often get questions about what this event is all about, this blog is to try and help explain!  

For one week only we will be hosting an event for both Essense of Australia wedding dresses, and Stella York wedding dresses.  During this event we're having 20-30 of the newest styles from both companies flown into our store for our brides to try on!  This means if you're loving either one of these brands, this event is an amazing way to see more of these designs without having to go to multiple places to see them.  You'll also get to try brand new styles that haven't even been delivered to stores yet, or gowns you may have never seen otherwise!

​ We love hosting these events, and we love even more when brides choose their perfect wedding dress from one that's part of the event! What's especially awesome about this event is that we got a HUGE range of sizes for brides to try on!  Yes, even plus size wedding dresses came for this event!  (Usually companies don't send any plus size samples during an event, but don't worry, we have a ton in-stock anyways!).
