It's the craziest time of the year here, and we are having so much fun helping all the newly engaged brides find their wedding gowns!

Tiffany and her husband Liam were married at Newfound Lake, and had their reception at Meadow Wind B&B in Hebron, NH.  Meadow Wind is literally the epitome of a New England Barn wedding venue.  It's beautiful grounds, the barn itself, and the location are everything a rustic bride dreams of.  Tiffany wore a beautiful flowing tulle wedding dress by Allure Bridals, complete with a stunning statement back.  Completing off this couple's wedding fashion, was Liam sporting his dapper looking navy tux.  Accented with pops of cranberry, and a beautiful mixed bouquet; this wedding was simply beautiful and romantic.  Tiffany finished her bridal look with a crystal bridal headpiece in lieu of a veil, and the sparkly bridal headpiece finished her look perfectly!  Have a look at these incredible photos, and a big thank you to Wonderbliss photography!

We introduced these two brands to our ever-growing family of designer brands this past September, and boy are we glad we did!   While both designer lines from the same Australian design team, each division has it's own distinct look.

You don't want to miss this!!

Did you know that special ordering your bridesmaids dresses can take up to 6 months?!  Yes, you heard that correct!  Bridesmaids work similar, yet different from wedding dresses.  They're similar in the sense that you have to special order them, but different in the sense that they are offered in a ton of colors, so that you can easily make your wedding fantasies a reality, and have your girls look just as amazing in their dresses as you do in your wedding dress.  Here's a quick guide to bridesmaids shopping success!

1.  Schedule an appoinment.  By scheduling an appointment you reserve a fitting room for your party, this way you don't have to wait around for one to open up.
2.  Try to get your entire group together and in on the same day.  This will make it easier for you, and result in less trips.  You'll also get an honest opinion from your girls as a group while they're together.
3.  Have a color in mind.  This is often times a starting point - for some brides it's finding the dress everyone is happy with.  Lately we've seen the trend of the bride choosing the color she wants, and having her girls choose their own dress that's offered in her chosen color.
4.  Try on the dress even if you hate the color we have it in.  Not every gown is hanging on the rack in the most flattering color combination.  Unfortunately we have no control over our bridesmaids sample colors, and yes; they come in any color you want!
5.  Have your girls get measured and order their dress!  Each girl will put a down payment on their dress, which allows us to have it made in their size, and the chosen color.  The balance isn't due until the dress arrives.

That's it!  It's pretty simple!  We stock over 500 bridesmaids dresses, so you'll be sure to find dresses that your girls will love.
